This summer come join the experience. The "FUN For ALL, ALL For FUN Sports Camp" (ages 5-13)
is full of action packed sports and activities including soccer, basketball, kickball, dodgeball, relay races,
scavenger hunts and "Wet ’N Wild Xtravaganza"!!! In addition, add in field trips to the Miniature Golf Park,
Golf Range & Splash Playground for an unforgettable summer.

FEES:
$220 full day (weekly)
$130 half day (weekly)
* $180 for the week of July 2-6 (full day)
* $110 for the week of July 2-6 (half day)
*Book three weeks at once & save (for individual registrations).
*Sibling discount when registering for multiple weeks (minimum 2 weeks).
REFUND POLICY:
There are no refunds issued after the first day of camp.
Before-care: 8:00am-9:00am
After-care: 4:00pm-6:00pm
$10 per child per hour
Note: Add an additional $5 for every 15 minutes after 6pm
To register for extended care, print out the paper-based registration form and send it into the Discovery Sports Center.

REQUIRED FORMS
These forms must be filled out and returned before your child’s first day of camp.
We require a copy of your child’s insurance card, so please include this with your forms.
Please note that your child may not participate without submitting all of the required items!
Also, we do not accept fax or PDF copies.
